Non-Refundable Appointments
Please note that all payments made online for booking consultations or appointments are non-refundable. Once an appointment has been scheduled and paid for, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance, including:

Cancellation by the patient

Missed appointments

Scheduling errors from the patient’s side
This policy helps us maintain fairness in scheduling, optimize our clinical time, and provide uninterrupted care to all patients.
Rescheduling Policy
While payments are non-refundable, we understand that unforeseen situations can arise. In such cases:

You may reschedule your appointment once, provided you inform us at least 24 hours in advance.

All successful payments will be confirmed via email or WhatsApp. Please ensure that the contact details you provide are accurate at the time of booking.
If you do not receive confirmation within 8 hours of payment, please contact us immediately.
